After a busy summer training up my new bestie (Rori) in her new role as Sound Bath dog model (!) I’m very excited to invite you to join us for weekly cosy Autumn Meditation and Sound Bath sessions!

These will take place in 2 different venues each week: Holy Trinity Low Moor, and Heath church Lounge, Near Saville Park in Halifax.
