
AGK3:Sound
Various forms of sound have been used to aid meditation and healing in most cultures. Modern scientific studies show that it has demonstrable effects in reducing blood pressure, improving mood and decreasing anxiety.
Sound Meditation:
This can be done in larger groups, with a few friends, or one-to-one; in community venues, work places, or in the comfort of your home. I combine guided meditation with sound therapy: bowls, chimes and gongs.
